SafetyNet is the online reporting system for incident/hazards, safe work procedures, risk assessments and inspection checklists at the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp of ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp.
Welcome to the new look SafetyNet!
Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the new layout. The steps for completing reports are very similar, but there are minor changes to submitting reports that users should be aware of. If you get stuck, we have instructional videos and step by step user guides available to help assist, or you can contact us directly at whs-admin@uow.edu.au or 4221 3931.
Detailed User Guides can be found below and instructional videos can be found on our intranet page.
*** Please note, we are working with our vendor to iron out some issues raised during implementation. ***
Confidential Incident/Hazard Reports
When to tick "Confidential" when reporting a Hazard/Incident?
- When you are reporting something that involves your direct line manager.
All Incident/Hazard reports are secured and only visible to the person reporting, their line manager, any person responsible for a corrective action and the Wellbeing and Safety Unit (WSU).
Clicking "Confidential" only bypasses your line manger.
Confidential reports are assessed by the Associate Director WSU or approved delegate.
