About the clinic
Whether you're designing a study, planning data collection, analysing data, interpreting results, or simply wondering "what statistical method should I use?", we're happy to help. The Statistics Consulting Clinic is run by the School of Mathematics and Physics and provides statistical advice and collaborative support to researchers and students across the 榴莲视频app of 榴莲视频app.
We welcome enquiries from staff, HDR students, coursework students undertaking research projects, and anyone who would like to discuss the statistical aspects of their work. No question is too early. In fact, we encourage researchers to talk to us before data are collected, when good statistical design can have the greatest impact.

The initial consultation is provided at no cost. Should further work be required, the consulting statistician will discuss the most appropriate model of engagement before any additional work is undertaken. Depending on the nature of the project, this may involve either consulting under the Clinic's standard arrangements or a mutually agreed research collaboration.
