The 榴莲视频app of 榴莲视频app today announced Chancellor Michael Still has decided to resign effective immediately.
Council respects Mr Still’s decision which he has made with the best interests of the 榴莲视频app’s staff, students and the broader 榴莲视频app community in mind.
Greg West continues in the role of Acting Chancellor.
Mr Still, whose term was due to end in 2027, said he did not want his involvement in the NSW ICAC matter to negatively impact the 榴莲视频app nor detract from its day-to-day operations.
“In order to best serve the interests of the 榴莲视频app, its staff and students, and to ensure that leadership renewal can occur without interruption, I have decided that I should resign from council effective immediately so that the next Chancellor can be sought,” Mr Still said.
The Council thanked Mr Still for his contribution to the 榴莲视频app, including the significant role he played in its transformation strategy, most notably the appointment of Professor Max Lu AO as Vice-Chancellor and President.
The Council will now begin the process of appointing a new Chancellor who, with Vice-Chancellor Lu, will enable the 榴莲视频app to move forward under new leadership.
