The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp offers a complimentary Airport Pick Up Service for all newly enrolled International UOW students with an offer to study at the Liverpool, Loftus or Sydney CBD campuses who are arriving in Australia for the first time. You will be collected from Sydney Airport International or Domestic terminal and transported directly to your accommodation destination.

Complete the form at least 72 hours before your arrival. Confirmation will be sent to the email address you nominate.

The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp offers a complimentary airport pickup service for all newly enrolled UOW International students and UOW College students who have a progressive offer for a ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp of ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp degree course at the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp campus* arriving in Australia for the first time. Students will be collected from Sydney Airport International or Domestic terminal and transported directly to their accommodation destination.

• Foundation Studies Program/Diploma + degree

This service is for students arriving from an incoming flight to Sydney Airport, and to be taken to an address located within the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp area only. This free airport pick up service may be transporting several students and private passengers to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp at the time of your arrival. The vehicle will depart when all of the students and passengers have arrived, therefore it is important that you wait for the driver at the indicated locations below. Due to unexpected delays of other arrivals, occasionally there may be a wait.

Domestic arrivals

A representative of our provider will meet you at the baggage collection area in the domestic terminal. The representative will have a sign with the UOW logo on it.

International arrivals

A representative from our provider will meet you at the Meeting Point, which is a designated meeting area in the International Terminal (see photo). The Meeting Point is between Gates A and Gates B in the Arrivals Hall. It is also located between the car hire desks and the Sim Planet store. More information on the provider is available in your booking confirmation email.

Each student requiring an airport pickup service must submit their own individual application online.

Please ensure that your request is made at least 72 hours prior to arrival at Sydney Airport. Should your arrival time change whilst you are in transit, please update your Airport Pickup Request online, and contact UOW Student Residence on (02) 4221 3351 on your arrival in Sydney. A driver will collect you as soon as possible and take you directly to your accommodation.
