ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp of ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp Act 1989 (NSW)
The (the Act) is the founding instrument of the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp of ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp.
The Act:
- establishes the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp as a body corporate
- outlines the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp’s object and functions
- establishes the Council, Academic Senate, and officers of the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp
- allows for the creation of ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp by-laws and rules.
ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp of ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp By-law (2005)
The (the By-law) is made under the Act.
The purpose of the By-law is to elaborate on ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp processes under the Act, including those associated with elections of the Chancellor and Deputy Chancellor, functions of the Vice-Chancellor, Council membership, functions of the Academic Senate, conferring of honorary degrees, and the making of ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆµapp rules.
