Global research impact

Health equity

The ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp of ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵapp is helping people live longer, healthier and more independent lives. Our researchers are working alongside communities to improve outcomes for all Australians.

Our expertise

By connecting biomedical, clinical, digital and community research, we're developing prevention-focused, culturally safe models of care that are governed locally and built around real community needs.

Our researchers are closing the health gap by helping people live well at home and in community, not just in hospital. Strengthened by close links between research, teaching and community-based innovation, UOW is leading a connected research network with local health districts and health providers.
